Who would have thought -- The Jets should have given the guy who decked Geno Smith a raise. Without him -- Fitzpatrick is on the bench.

That guy is just a solid QB. Doesn't have the best arm, isn't the fastest guy, but has a great head on his shoulders and always seems to make the right play.

Guessing you didn't watch much of his previous years. He was a turnover machine and choked late often.
