Second half of last year I wondered if they were tuning out Sutter, if he was wearing on them.

Ok horrid game
I did think they got better as the game went on.
Brown had 7 shots, only problem was they were from near the boards and no one went to the net for a rebound.
Kopitar had 4 shots as did several other people. He drove to the net more as did Lucic.
Nolan was a waste. Weal had one good play.
The defense, especially Muffin, turned the puck over too much.
Clifford took the wrong man once on the PK
Doughty needs to not try a slap shot every time

Well the good thing is that it's only two games and there are 80 more to go so hopefully this can be corrected sooner than later.

Daughter's 10th birthday was Saturday (hard to believe- many of you probably remember when she was born and how hard I was shitting my pants becoming a parent for the first time) so we were engulfed in birthday festivities, probably saw 15 minutes of the game. Glad I missed it.

These corn holes better get their act together and fast or it's going to be a long season and will prove 2014-15 was not a fluke. Defense needs help big time, significant drop off in talent from Doughty and then the 2-6.
