O.K. Boyz and girl (Red Chaos). The 2021 Preseason/Season is here and we begin with the SoFi Stadium Mates, the Los Angeles Chargers, Saturday Night. This game will feature a lot of second and third teamers in positions that need serious evaluation like the O-line, the LBs, and the Special Teams. I suspect we will see alot of the newbies that have arrived and it'll be a step up from the Dallas team scrimmage. Should be fun. I wish to hell they would change those damn unis and helmets!! There, I said it again for this 2021 Season. LOL!!

Apparently somebody screwed-up on the depth chart that was released, or so the Rams are spinning the error to really mean that Kupp won't be fielding punts. Atwell is going to take a few. This ought to be interesting.

I hope Anchrum and Jackson show that they are more than capable of manning the line.

we need a pair of bookends for the future.

I think we will see alot of the second and thirds tonight. That means Bryce Perkins and Devlin Hodges at QB and Jake Funk, Calais, and Jones at RB. WE will probably see a lot of the same for the O and D-lines. Should be interesting to see how Brandon Staley is doing as a HC.

Although yesterday's game was preseason game #1 one of the noticeable things was that the running game pretty much stunk it up.... Funk, Jones, Calias didn't show much which is pretty concerning to me. Looking at the depth chart, we don't have any RB over 205 which is troubling since we still need that short yardage back. Hopefully the rams can sift through the FA rubble and find some bruiser ~ 230 to help in that dept. Not to mention i'm not sold on the collective bunch in pass protection either. McDufus and Sneed needs to figure this out. I noticed 2 drives where the defense was swiss cheese and the charger backs were ripping off big runs. Alot of shitty tackling so hopefully the Staff knows who need to be sent packing.

Skowronek makes the Rams this year. He goes on IR after fracturing his forearm. Surgery today apparently.

The Rams might have found their next Punt Returner. Raymond Calais looked pretty darn good. Jacob Harris looked real good. I like what I saw in QB Perkins. He has some really quick feet and he can take-off in a moment's notice. Running game looked meh. Our O-line seconds and thirds need work. Liked what I saw of Atwell as a pass receiver. My have redeemed himself worthy of the second round pick. The kicker sucked. Wasn't Gay dude.

Our defense is still giving up the big play especially the run. Tackling needs work. Lawler looked real healthy and played damn good. He may set Lewis for the year on some reserve squad (probably injured reserve) until the Rams get a better idea of the state of Lewis' knees.

Not real bad of game but we will have to get better in the next two weeks or so.
