They have the talent. They don't have the ownership. I don't think the problems are on the field, to be honest. It may not seem like it, trust me, but I find it hard to believe, over the last 20+ years that no matter who they have on the field, they always suck massive amounts of dick. Gotta be a front office, management, coaching, off the field, behind the scenes issue.

Not a Browns fan but I have lived in Ohio my whole life. They have had terrible ownership, terrible decisions with hires and drafting. IMO they are the most poorly run organization in sports
