Anyone else in the blizzard?

I am expecting to get 60 mph winds and 2+ feet of snow here in my area. The power is already flickering on and off and its just starting.

Meh I liked it in san Diego but the food out here is so much better. Snow isnt awful its just one thing you get in ny.Plus you guys have earthquakes

My buddy just moved to Boston from here in Alaska, he says the "blizzard" there is nothing and is an average snow fall and was out drifting around until they said no more people can drive around at all. Is he exaggerating? Cause news makes it sound terrible lol

No power here. Lots of trees limbs down. And we are only halfway through the storm.

Your friend was right but the ban started really early. The storm didn't start for 2-3 hours after the ban. Also we have more people, roads, houses tightly packed here in New England with no room to move the snow anywhere. Last time snowed this heavy they plowed the snow into the ocean. They also plowed cars under the snow into the ocean

Just got power back after not having it since Friday night. My house got down to 42 degrees. No water, power and no fire place or stove sucked. Frozen solid. I hope everyone else on here did not have as bad a time as I did.

I have friends and relatives who still live in the east coast and were affected by the storm last year, now this. Hope you guys are doing ok out there, and it's a safe bet that no one region is more ready for spring time than you guys up there.
