In Luck's defense his receivers are terrible. Dwayne Allen in particular I believe had 3 drops in that game. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink.
Those numbers are skewed as Wilson would be the leading rusher on half the teams in the NFL.

Every Luck trash talker that I see in this thread will feel my wrath.
I just want to repeat that I don't hate at all. Wilson is a good quarterback. To me it's not about if he will be elite but when he will be elite.
My only point is that as of right now, you simply can't say he's elite just because he has a super bowl and doesn't turn it over. To me degree of difficulty is very important for quarterbacks.
This is the attitude that I don't understand when people talk about Luck. His OL isn't that bad at pass blocking and his D is average.
People act like there is no Colts team at all without Luck but that is a load of crap. Their D manages to keep their heads above water much of the time despite him leading the league in turnovers (3rd in INTs and 1st in fumbles).
Look. There is no doubt that Luck is a damn good QB who can make spectacular throws but he turns it over way too much. He had cut it back some early in the year but he regressed back into bad habits. Instead of kissing his ass and acting like he entire rest of the Colts team is horrible, how about give credit to some of the rest of the team for their accomplishments and fairly criticize Luck for his errors.
I don't know what his issue is over the last 3 games but he has not been good at all. He is 57 for 109 with a 52.3% completion percentage, 590 yards for 5.41 yards per attempt, with 4 TD against 5 INTs. Luck was brilliant for much of the mid of the season after a relatively slow start the first few games but he is struggling at the moment.
I guess that my comment does not garner a response?

Your absolutely correct.
I forget who said it exactly? Maybe Gruden??? But the quote was like. "For such a smart guy he sure does do some dumb things from time to time"
Is that what you saw last night? A QB who just "doesnt turn it over"?

His best game of the season no doubt. However, he's been pretty mediocre this season. Just because you don't turn it over doesn't mea you play well.
Wilson has played about as well as Alex Smith this season which is totally average.
Alex Smith huh..
From mmqb
Russell Wilson Tom Brady Peyton Manning W-L since Wilson entered NFL 39-13 38-13 39-11 2014 yards (passing+rushing) 4,078 4,077 4,124
Oh shit there goes my Xmas I repeat Luck has all the tools to be great and only 3rd season
He does but he needs to turn that corner. Right now he is like Matt Stafford with all those stats but also a lot of Ints and the image of cant win a big game.
We will see what happens this year. For him to move forward Colts need to make it to at least the AFC championship game. He has to beat either Payton or Brady.
This season Alex Smith and Russell Wilson are playing at a similar level. I never said Alex smith was better than Wilson.
Quit being so sensitive.
You back handedly call him a game manager, I point out he has more yards then Brady and only a few less then Manning.... Just pointing out facts and breaking stereotypes nothing sensitive at all...
for the game? you dont mean for the season? Brady has 800 more yards
