Luck's game reminds me a lot of a young John Elway or even mid-career Elway. Elway threw a lot of picks in the first half of games due to dumb decisions and consequently the Broncos fell behind, only to have Elway engineer 2nd half or 4th quarter comebacks. Also, both QB's lacked the accuracy in passing in the first few years, although Luck is improving each year. Actually, Elway's accuracy was bad his first 10 years in the league as he completed around 54% of his passes on average. Both QB's are physically built, have very good wheels, but are pocket passers.Yes, he has.
Honest question: how many of those comebacks were necessary because he shat the bed in the first half?
Wow, Elway's passing efficiency was horrendous his first 3 years!
