I am not one to say a team needs to go full 180 when something isn't working. Then the pendulum swings too far the other way and in a few years you are wanting to go 180 again. It is important to find that balance.

Taggart is a great guy and earlier I said this would be a fine hire. This obviously before I heard the strong chances of Chip returning.
