TBH I only watch these days for the girls.

Becky Lynch, Alexis Bliss, Charlotte, Bayleh....all amazing.

Their women's division is the best women's wrestling has ever been imo. Only getting better too with so many talented women being signed and coming up thru NXT

I'm wondering if someone from the Ambrose camp leaked his contractual status as damage control for what WWE had planned for his character on the way out.

Got eliminated from the Rumble by someone from NXT. Lost to Seth, got beat up by Nia, lost to an NXT rookie in a quick match.

I really do disklike backstage politics like that.

Even Vince gave diesel a decent send off with a late card WM match and a title shot at IYH before he went to wcw.

Not saying that has to be the same for Ambrose, but you don’t have to bury the guy either.

I have no issue with Dean putting over young talent on the way out. But give them feuds and make it feel like an accomplishment for EC3. Dean's a former world champion and a member of maybe the WWE's greatest faction of all time. This hurts prestige of that belt and that faction

Total waste to not use Ambrose more. I'd say it would be a loss for WWE to let him walk, but WWE is so loaded with great young potential that I can see them not willing to pay more for him, because the next Ambrose, or two, could be waiting within NXT.

But the guy is awesome on the mic, and willing to take risks in the ring. He's a good entertainer. He has a little of the CM Punk vibe to him that I wish he'd get more time. I didn't see much of his time as the top guy as I took a break from watching when he just started to get his title push, so maybe he wasn't all that great as a top guy in the business, but from what I've seen he's entertaining.

The fact he jobbed to EC3 makes me think he's done.

Yeah, I would say this is a clear sign he really isn't re-signing and this contract talks isn't some sort of work. He will probably job to EC3 or another up and comer until WM.
