I imagine it depends on which team offers a bunch of cash. If cowboys come close then I expect Amari to be back with Cowboys

Don't know if it's true, but just saw Cooper wants $20M per? Screw that. I love the guy as a person and think he is very good, but he just isn't near that good. I hope we don't give him that.

After thinking about this I think you let Amari walk. He must want the 20 million per season or he would have already signed. I dont extend Dak this season or maybe trade him for picks? The way this looks maybe you trade up for Daks replacement? Think about it :the cowboys are not just a few players away. They were 8-8 with all these guys we wanted to keep.this offseason. If they wanted to keep Amari,Byron ,Quinn and extend Dak it would have happened by now! Like PDay said earlier: it seems like the Cowboys are headed for a rebuild.

Good point - they were the 9th oldest team in the league last year.

I don't think Dez would be good out of slot but maybe Cooper would. That's still probably not going to happen though. Probably better to draft.

Yeah, I would be stunned to see Dez back on the team. He burned some bridges, one of them with the QB

No way should we bring Dez back. Plenty of other options in the draft or free agency.

Well, a lot of money so Cooper better be on the field when the game is on the line, but I suspect once we see some of these contracts the $20M will be about right for a #1. My gut still says spending it on D would have been better, but maybe we still bring Quinn back and perhaps sign a couple FAs and start with a few less holes going into the draft. One thing about Cooper is he is a class act and great teammate and person so that does count for something. I do love the guy and am glad he is still a Cowboy and the fact that he took less to stay is a huge plus to me as well. Let's see if we are able to put a decent defense on the field.

Cobb - good for him. Another great guy, but you can't pay him to be a #3 after paying Cooper. I wish him luck and he is another business decision I'd have to let go, but another guy I would also have loved to have on the team next year and I will root for him

Dez??? I thought that was only bots on twitter calling for him to come back. I didn't think any actual fans would want him. If I thought he could still play I'd give him a small one year deal because I think he would "yes sir" his way through one season before becoming an issue. But, he just isn't any good any more and hasn't been for a few years.
