Good win for the team today. I'm happy they won, the draft will take care of itself. What really interests me, if Jerry decides to bring Mac back, does Mac learn from this last stretch of ballgames. This MASH unit team can win games while decimated by injuries by committing to pounding the football and playing defense. That same formula would work even better with Dak in the game, but it seems like when we have a healthy Dak, its all about throwing the football

McCarthy could be back after this . Jerry may not be keen on letting Zimmer or Mccarthy go. Finally these fools ran the ball a little more.

Dowdle has improved as a player. The Running game took off when they changed what they were doing and started to attack the middle more. And why not? These lineman open holes and running the ball means they can get nasty and physical.

The injuries though. Now Bass. It like WTF.

But this team never rolled over and have been fighting for weeks now. This matters to the front office.

Zimmer did a hell of a job. The Defense,Lamb and Dowdle won this game .

The 2nd half was the best half of football they played all year,even with all the penalties

True. The only way I want McCarthy back is if he hires a new run oriented OC and relinquishes play calling. I also want Zimmer back if McCarthy returns. Mike obviously can motivate players otherwise they would have rolled over

I still remember getting annihilated by Green Bay in a home playoff game and getting destroyed by New Orleans at home with Dak in the lineup. But its Jerry. I would guess 90% that Jerry brings him back, with a 10% he brings back Kellen Moore as HC. Zim the DC either way. I don't see Jerry paying Ben Johnson

Next man up has taken on new meaning. How many day one starters got the injury bug? Same with their replacement.

I have had enough of Kellen Moore.

Not been a fan of Macs tenure here. Zim should have shown me more. I know we have had injuries but we got blown out many times. Ummm that's a big no no in my book and I am having a hard time looking passed that shituation.

Yes. That is a very fair point. Someone said it the other day, but these last few weeks have been some of my most enjoyable to watch in a while and you have to give the HC some credit for that IMO. If Micah didn't get hurt we were a playoff team this year even with the other injuries and issues. But, perhaps this season of humble pie was much more needed in the long run than a one and done playoff appearance. I'm actually excited to watch this weeks game even though we are out of it.

That's a good point about Micah. I think the Organization should embrace the last few weeks. Add another good RB and load up that defense. 2 defense heavy drafts and get Overshown and Diggs back and we could have the best D in the league. That and a good running game would allow Dak to just make a few plays a game to win instead of trying to win it himself

So you can't see a difference between the gameplan the last 4 games and say, the Saints game when Dak threw 39 times and 2 picks and Dowdle had 7 carries for 30 yards(4.3 YPC) and the Cowboys lost 44-19? Guess we do need an offseason
