Disaster averted! I can log into my Spectrum account and watch it at work. I have 2 32inch monitors at my desk so I'll put the game on one of them and work on the other one. Just checked and I TBS and the Mariners/Houston pregame on as I type this.

This is more made for TV BS. In the past one league opened the playoffs with back2back games. The other league started their playoffs the next day and stayed a day behind until the World Series. With this new 6 teams in the playoffs and the byes skipping a whole week they wanted everyone to go back to playing as fast as they can.

Yeah dumb. Doing it yesterday instead would have still had game 3 in line to be Saturday. Which is im guessing the day that they really wanted a full day of action.

So not sure why the fuck they cared wednesday vs thursday. And now its a day game friday haha.

With the game at 1pm today a lot of people probably won't be able to make it. Tickets on the secondary marker dropped 50%. Either way they're pissing people off but by calling the game early yesterday they gave more people time to adjust than moving it up to the day before.
