I was wondering if Springer would ever show up this postseason.

I didn't wonder yet, as there were still a few more games to be played.

But if it was deeper into this series, then yeah, I'd be more worried.

Wow game 3 is 3 PM on Tuesday.

Now i have to run home from work.

I remember taking long lunch breaks, to watch some game 3's in past LCS years.

I want to see balls flying out of the park in every game.

I like pitching so I want to see balls flying into catchers' or first basemens gloves every game.

These were my predictions for the LCS.

++++++++++

Washington vs. St. Louis:

It's stupid that a wild card team can't have home field in the LCS, even if they have a better record than the team they're playing against.

This situation could have happened a few times since the new format in 2012, but this is the first time it actually did.

Washington has better starting pitcher on paper, and a better offense too, so I'll take them. St. Louis should win at least 2 games. A short series either way would surprise me. A long series either way would not.

I think I'm probably wrong on the game order, with Washington losing starts early in the series by both Scherzer an Strasburg, but who knows.

Washington in 6.

MVP: Rendon

New York vs. Houston:

I think I'm off on the game order again, but who knows.

I respect the Yankees bullpen more now. But I still think having the Astros starting pitching will be an advantage. There's a better chance that the Astros starting pitching can control different games in the series.

There's a good chance the MVP will be a hitter, but with the way I did the game order, Greinke has a chance too.

It's unlikely that Verlander and Cole will have a combined 4 quality starts. That's not realistic.

Houston in 6.

That was a bad out by the Yankees at the plate.

1 good thing about Lemahieu getting thrown out there:

I'm not exactly sure why they sent him there, but I'm glad they did. We need all the help we can get. Really struggling to score runs.
