Which is why it still makes zero sense that Gardner is stealing AB's from Voit.

Voit also had good numbers against Ryu so if he didn't play last night I'm not sure we'll see him anytime soon

Having Severino in the pen certainly doesn't hurt. And Chapman has been much better of late (results-wise anyway-it still feels like he's a pitch from blowing it at all times)

Green's stats are actually the best they've been since 2018, which kind of stunned me. Seems like he's getting hit whenever I see him.

Green was used in so many high leverage situations his failures usually end up blowing the game. Almost all of the 14 HR's he gave up were huge

Green has to just trust his fastball, I hold my breath on his breaking pitches, most of the time they are hangers that just spin over home plate on a tee…..and 14 homers by a guy who pitches primarily in the 8th inning is fucking brutal….
