I'd be curious if Franchy could hit at the AA level, let alone AAA. Most sluggers run into one every now and then at least by accident. Not Franchy.

They say his defense isn’t there yet. I don’t care. I can’t look at much more of Franchy. And he could steal 50 bases if stolen bases were still a thing.

Casas off to a hot start, as well. I know they won’t rush him, but he looks like a really good prospect.

Giancarlo Stanton has been scratched from Friday's lineup with left quad tightness.​

This is poor timing considering the news that Yankees outfielder Aaron Hicks may require surgery on his wrist. Manager Aaron Boone was considering Stanton for outfield reps during Hicks absence, but that plan will go on hold for the time being. Hopefully, this is a minor injury for Stanton who was having a monster season batting .282/.347/.524 with nine home runs
