Assuming the twins don't collapse then it looks like Yanks, Twins, and Stros should win the division.

Yep. Every time I say to myself, "The Sox have figured it how, here they come", they have another swoon. They're 2nd half schedule is much easier and they have more home than away games left so I think they'll squeeze in.
