Hey, this is all on Machado. He had a fan-frickin'-fantastic season last year and isn't matching that this year and, like any young kid, he's feeling too full of himself after everyone in the organization and fanbase have been fawning over him like a rock star.

Buck might have his shortcomings in some aspect, but he's no "douche". C'mon now. Going by your mindset, could I fairly call Ortiz a douche for his outburst regarding Price? Hell no. A lot more to the man than his history vs a TB pitcher.

Probably the biggest knock any objective fan could have with Buck is his over-thinking in some respects (pitching match-ups and substitutions galore), imploring his hitters to be aggressive (there's some argument to be made for and against that) and, probably most damning of all, is not getting his team to the "next step", after resuscitating them.

He's no douche though. Anything but.
