Yeah honestly the NIT is usually degrading but that was nice for pitino a first year.

A lot of key players are back. And the team was really into it. Build off it and make some noise next year.

I've been impressed with Castellanos at the plate. He looks really good and the fact he uses the whole field will only help him.

Agree with the base running though -- In 3 games so far, he has been thrown out by 10 feet at 2nd base trying to stretch a single into a double and then today, he didn't even look at the 3rd base coach until it was too late and he was thrown out trying to get back to 3rd.

Hasn't hurt the team yet, so hopefully he learns from the running mistakes and continues to grow. He has looked solid defensively too, sans one ball where he wasn't sure how much room he had to the stands and short armed a foul ball.

Michigan went through years of mediocrity.

Not only did the Wild lose in a SO but he said "another" as if they were free falling. Won their previous two against playoff teams on the road.

And the Sharks won.
