Who is this team I am watching? Jackson with a steal. Rajah Davis with a steal. Don Kelly with a triple. Kinsler scoring from 1st on a double.

I was skeptical about the Tigers offense with the loss of Fielder and Peralta, but Kinsler is a much better hitter than I gave him credit for. He battles every at bat and is difficult to strikeout.

I love hitters who make the opposing pitchers really work to get them out and run up their pitch count and Detroit has quite a few guys like that this year. Even Alex Gonzalez has been doing so as well. I am really liking the make up of this team. They are getting contributions all over the place, but catcher.

KC picked up a guy who was kind of a whatever deal to me, but after watching Aoki in the Detroit series -- I really like that guy and think he was a great pick up for KC.

Its only 4 games but i was one of the biggest complainers during the offseason in the tigers room..but the 5-9 hitters are playing way way better than i expected...if they keep this up ill have my crow thread on the tigs board....i was critical of our BP and 5-9 hitters
