Hosmer is just flat out crushing, saw a stat somewhere the other day...the top 4 hitters in August...number 4 was Hosmer....if you project his career number out and based on a belief that Porcello will win 250 games...Hosmer will hit 500 hr...and even steal 300 bases...

the Twins even dominating Houston, nice job, the twins I think scored more runs against Houston than the Tigers did in all those games against them...good for them...although not too sure that the rook can continue to hit HR's like that....at .194 average.

What exactly are these numbers? It definitely is not Avg, Slugging, or OBP, and definitely not OPS.

At the very least, it isn't representative of the entire month is my guess just from eyeballing it.

They put up two lists....batting average against fastballs....and batting average against off speed pitches....none of the guys made the other list and vice versa...

Sure, Vmart has been solid, but Vmart isn't exactly making Hosmer look like a total scrub, but has been better in August to be sure.
