Make it or break it season for pitchers Matt Boyd and Daniel Norris....at least as far as starting pitchers. If they can't keep their ERA's a good deal south of 5.00 and their WHIPS around 1.40 or less....time to move on. Oh yeah...a few starts into, and hopefully past, the 6th inning would help their causes as well.

Hearing a lot of talk about Miggy being healthy and that he is ready to get back to his .300 BA, 30 HR self. If that starts to come to pass...how many good pitches will Cabrera start to see each AB? Does a pitcher want to face the "MVP Level" Miguel Cabrera, or move past him to Nicholas Castellanos and his predicted 143 strikeouts and .270 (hopefully) BA? Is the "Wave 'em to first" something we will see often for Miggy?

If you are a Tiger fan, as your preferences indicate, I'd worry a lot less about the Indians and a lot more about Detroit, and another last place finish in the AL Central - and maybe all of baseball. It looks stupid and infantile when someone who has declared himself as a fan of the worst team in MLB, tries to put down a team who has made the playoffs and WS recently and has a good chance to do so again in 2018.
Why not spend your time discussing YOUR team....or change your team preference to Houston, the Dodgers, or the Yankees?

Doug knocks all the other teams in the AL Central. Too bad he doesn't have the knowledge about his "OWN" team to discuss why they might be better than last year and threaten the other four teams in the division. (I'm sure we will now hear how great Cabrera will be....I think that is all he knows about the Tigers.)
