To bring it around ... the Tigers are battling like warriors!!! With respect to the Indians fans, I will take this speech from Major League and equate it to the Tigers being underdogs. They have impressed me so far ... I wrote them off for 100+ losses.

So you are impressed with a team that can't reach .500 and will likely trade off any player who has a warm pulse come this July? Baseball is changing....you have to totally bottom out, rebuild your farm system, make a few minor trades, and wait out several years for a rebuild. It looks like the Tigers are going to f'ck that up too. Instead of getting a top 4- 5 draft pick in 2019...they will probably do something stupid like finish close to .500 and pick around 18th or 19th. Win or lose big! But don't worry....we'll get you a spot up front when you get your photo taken with the Tiger's 'Third Place in the AL Central' trophy at the end of the year.

I don't like what baseball is becoming. 'Tanking' as a way of rebuilding a team? Are the players suppose to try if the front office is willing to end up near the bottom, to get a better draft position? The Tigers are an awful collection of ballplayers. If they somehow end up with a decent record because the "borderline" major league players they have performed over their heads AND the division is loaded with teams just as crappy as they are - then part of the team's plan of rebuilding is hurt. The league can't allow this. And don't get me started on this over-shifting on defense and the coming of position-less baseball and the inability of today's batters to alter their swings.
