That's the reason, but it still doesn't make sense.

There are rules for distance of an antenna to a stadium that force us as a primary Baltimore market.

This area is still and always has been Steelers first, but that doesn't matter. State lines should matter. They should at least make an effort to adjust schedules so these conflicts don't happen here.
