Boston.com:

"Interesting note about (Patriots 23-year-old DT Sealver) Siliga. He has played on all four teams left in the NFL postseason since coming out of Utah in 2011. He was signed by San Francisco but was cut after the 2011 preseason. He landed with Denver in 2012 and had a stop at Seattle before he arrived in Foxborough this past October.

Imagine what's on his iPad? A truly Belichickian acquisition."

Collins off to a good start:suds:

Patriots rookie OLB/DE Jamie Collins played all 66 defensive snaps in Saturday's Divisional Round win over the Colts.
Collins, the 52nd pick in April's draft, had played all of 368 snaps in the 16 regular-season games. With MLB Brandon Spikes (knee) sent to injured reserve last week, the Patriots needed a linebacker to step up. Collins did just that. He recorded six tackles (two for loss), a sack, an interception, and three quarterback hits. The interception was about 20 yards downfield and was a display of Collins' extreme versatility and athleticism that made him a second-round pick.

Ummm the Four Horsemen nickname is already taken by the Broncos with the 2 Thomas', Decker, and Welker. That was established pretty much after the Ravens game in week 1. Have to come up with another one for those 4.

I like the one from ESPN.................Four Headed Monster

Brady is two victories away from finally matching Terry Bradshaw and Joe Montana as the only quarterbacks to capture four rings.

Might be worth noting, however, that he's been stuck on three for a while now.

writer for New York Post:

writes he has Montana as his GOAT with Unitas as #2 but that:

"If Brady beats Manning and the Broncos in the AFC Championship game Sunday in Denver, and then beats the Seahawks-49ers NFC Championship game survivor in Super Bowl XLVIII, I will anoint him as the Greatest Of All Time. And if Manning beats Brady and the Patriots in the AFC Championship game, and then beats the Seahawks-49ers NFC Championship game survivor in Super Bowl XLVIII, I will anoint him as the Greatest Of All Time."

Isn't the New York Post better known for sensationalism than it is journalistic integrity?

He looked very good in the slot imo, and likely has to move back outside.

You might be right. I'm afraid that Champ no longer has the speed that you really want outside, but he might be the best option for that. I'm hoping that Tony Carter has a good week of practice and he's deemed ready to man the outside, keeping Champ on the slot.

Yes ...Lets note that he has been stuck on 3 ...and completely ignore that he went to 2 more SB ..and lets ignore just how hard it is just to get there.

Good Lord ..the man went to 5.

You are certainly right that even getting to a SB is a noteworthy achievement. My post, however, was in response to a post about a QB having led his teams to a SB win, hence my comment about it having been a while since Brady has done that.

That would add to how impressive it is in my opinion. He would be doing it with two completely different teams. And when I say "he", I don't mean to imply that he does it all himself.
