NO, they did everything possible to give it to the Chiefs and that guy Roger Goodell who was sitting with their fans. They literally called three penalties in a row on the Pats D to set up Mahomes and the Chiefs offense.

Of course the fact that the Patriots converted every 3rd down against the vaunted Chiefs Defense in OT had absolutely nothing to do with the win.

They held the Chiefs to 0 points in the 1st half which is insane. Mahommes was being harassed all day. Great gameplan and execution. A lot of teams are going to be looking at this game for next year.

Chiefs also got a couple of the easiest big plays in the second half. I would say that the Chiefs already adjusted.

The roughing the passer on Brady was terrible but other than that I don't see how the refs gave the Pats the game. Edelman didn't touch the ball (replays show it), no idea how he didn't or what the hell he was doing there but he didn't touch it. There wasn't enough evidence to overturn the Hogan catch (if it was called a non catch then it wouldn't have been overturned either).

One thing lost on the Hogan catch controversy- I'm not sure it was a catch. But if it was (and I think it was), it's one of the greatest catches I've ever seen.
