This isnt because the Patriots keep winning. I'm 48 years old. Ive been arguing for a better OT system for a long time. I played Jr High and High school football. Ive been a Cowboy fan since I was 8 or 9. I started going to college games since I was 4. I get life isnt fair but in a game where so much is on the line, for only one team to touch the ball on offense in OT. Play an extra quarter. If its still tied, kick field goals.

The idea is to have a sudden death if a TD is scored and not drag the game out forever. In the fifth quarter, the team that is still playing goodfootball wins. In the fifth quarter if the Chiefs were the better team, they would have made the patriots punt on three of those 3rd and 10s. Hogan, Edelman and Gronk gave them a lesson in Football 101.

Just talked to my friend who's a Chiefs fan, he's livid about the defensive offside from Dee Ford on the pick, he's saying that cost them the Super Bowl ... That was a BIG offsides penalty, as big as it gets....

JEEzzuuzzzz........Even on the replay he was lined up beyond the TV blue line of scrimmage. All he had to do is look to his left and hewould have seen that the ball was behind his armpit. Blame him not the refs.

OR did yourfriend think that it's ok for the Chiefs to line up on the Patriots side of the ball....??

OT rule is fine, you have 4q to win a game, I wanted the chiefs to win, they blew plenty of chances. With HD tv's, the ref has become more of an issue that the OT rules. Billion dollar industry, still heavily influnced by part time refs being paid if they perform well or not.

Dee Ford was the dumbest penalty on the planet, he lined up offside, not jumped. But like a kicker, one play didn't do it. Mahomes missed a WIDE open easy TD.

That was key, to convert those long 3rd plays. Against all odds, this season. Great couple of games Ken.

I had to get up at 3 to watch it.

During the season games start at 0105 and 0305 that really sucks.

NE stated at 0640 today. Should be about the same time start for the SB.
