Well, it's like any big city. There are really nice parts and really shitty ones. If you can afford the really nice places, maybe you don't worry much about the shitty ones?

The City of Los Angeles is a shit hole. But some areas and neighboring cities (Beverly Hills, Malibu, etc.) are amazing. Plus, you have the beach nearby and great weather.

KD was the piece that would make the Knicks deal all their young talent for AD. Still don't think Boston makes an aggressive offer before the draft.

I do think there are a lot of unexplored possibilities out there, but Lakers potential offers keep looking better relative to what others are going to want to give.
