Lazarus Logan now that's a old ESPN name I remember

If I recall he was banned so many times he had to change names and ISP service on a weekly basis

Redskins board hated all the shit that was stirred up by the many incarnations of Logan

same merry go round just new names but not the same ole BS on the Skins board anymore

As they used to say " Only the names have been changed to protect the innocent " Jack Webb/Dragnet 1951-1959

Maybe the guilty in the case of Logan ?

Hershel Walker did Ballet & I never remember him having a Hamstring issue. & he had explosive moves where hammys could get pulled. I totally agree with the ballet thing.

If ballet keeps them off crutches I say let them practice in tutu's. The injuries we've seen is unreal.

Yup, I was thinking of him when I saw that. There's a lot of stretching and flexibility with dance. Certainly couldn't hurt.
