Wow that is a crazy stat.... The 90's really got us behind the 8 ball with that one... We've made up for a lot of that the last decade or so ...

'92 was such a hard year...

Tez getting DPOTY, watching Warren Moon play, Galloway & Mirer being traded for 1st rounders were about the only highlights of the 90's...

The worst game I ever attended was opening night vs the Jets... I think it was the 97 season, Erickson was our coach ... We lost 41-3 .. It was like our defense was confused the entire game, had no idea what was coming ... We made the Jets look like the 94 Niners... I knew the Erickson era was ending bad at that point...

I remember the Monday game in '92 vs the Broncos... Broncos were in 1st place at 7-4 and we were limping in at 1-10... We ended up winning that game in OT, 16-13... That game caused the Broncos to spiral out of control.. Then ended up losing their last 4 out of 5 games and missed the postseason...

Good point... I remember that game as well... The was the year we thought we were finally going to turn the corner...

Nice. Personally, despite the 14 losses, it was a win that year that would define the team for the rest of the decade. It was a week 3 win against the Patriots in which both teams just didn't seem to want it that gave Seattle the tie breaker against the Pats and allowed the Pats to have the #1 pick and Drew Bledsoe, while we all know what happened at #2.

I have never wanted a team of mine to lose, but for years it has galled me that the Seahawks win the one they couldn't afford to in a season where they lost everything else. If they lose that game, the Patriots aren't what they are today, IMO.

I'm pretty sure it was the 96 season because I recall dating my future wife (or a few months at that time) and she wanted to watch them play. We drove over to Roslyn to get outside the T.V. blackout zone to see it. Ug.... that was an ugly game.

Agreed 100%... Which makes it even that much tougher to watch the success the Pat's have had this decade...

I was at that game too, some no name RB dominated us. It reminds me of the game against the lions, homlgrens first game i think.

Girls, those games you refer to do not compare to being in attendance at the worst game in our history. 1979 Rams at seattle. Feel free to look it up.

I am really bad at remembering dark moments.

I remember 1983 really well. That win against Miami was glorious. The loss against the Raiders not so much.

For some reason, and I could be wrong, I remember us playing a weird makeup game against the Browns and that was the game that Curt Warner got hurt although that could be muddled.

I remember Dave Krieg coming out of nowhere and beating, IIRC, the Jets who were our bitches for about 15 years.

I love the fact that we are on the precipice of becoming a winning franchise in the very near future. It's been a long road.
