A move I'd like to make

same with snook .... you CAN NOT steal a coordinator from another team and give him the same position.

He doesn't have to come from another team, there are a few HC whom just got fired....And it is up to the team to let coordinators make a lateral move, don't think for a second they wouldnt know going in that they have a great change of becoming the HC.

No something wrong because you know we are stuck with Garrett..... but come into a thread suggesting something that may or may not improve the current coaching staff with nothing but fire every .... which aint happening...

I asked for your opinion of something we could ACTUALLY DO to improve this coaching staff.... and you brought nothing other than linger on shit that cant or wont be done

So if Kevin Gilbride gets fired that's not a suggestion? You give your self to much credit as being the only guy that has a clue to the happenings in the NFL. You know they talking bout firing him right?

No sir ..... moving a coordinator is the same as a player.

No team can walk up to Lee and say I will pay you more to play Mlber for us .... Because he is under contract.... Same way with coaches..

The only way to take one is to promote them.

And yeah there is alot of coaching options out there. Our HC isn't changing .... Soname me a better one that runs the zone blocking scheme..... Hell I might jump on board if you name a good one.

Why does it have to be a zone blocking Scheme lol now you have intentionally hampered our ability to make any suggestion? Why not just a basic power blocking scheme? Any way I suggested Lovie and Gruden or someone from college whats the problem there.

I think we have the personel to do it. I actually thing both our OG would be better in a power blocking scheme especially McKenzie.

I prefer the Power O-line .... Even used it as the reason I thought Free struggled last year..... was learning the zone scheme...

The leaps this O-line made this year ...... No way I see bringing in a coordinator that wants to switch that.

Okay now thats a fair point, but again I took the question as if I had my way what would I do, so its kinda of a mute point.....cause I believe he should have fired Jason. Just my opinion. I gave severeal suggestions. Sometimes we lose sight that we are all talking heads. Just because I suggest this or you suggest that doesn't mean it will happen. We are all powerless in all matters of this team except cheering interest.
