I just read the Tigers have more long term money on the books than any team in MLB, including the Yankees...Max and Ricky might both be gone. I didn't realize that they have mortgaged their future pretty much also.

That Phil Garner move should fix things though.

doesn't it make you sick watching west coast football? iam sure mr hockey loves it. running QBs. college crap.
wilson and Kapernik cant throw it worth a dam. they always run when any sign of trouble. If they face that Lions Defense. Suh would put a hurt on them. wouldn't run any more.

Have no idea what you think I have said for the last 4 years, because I don't see anything that is close. I did say they need to spend the money on the parts that needed fixing if they were going to try and buy a ring. They still haven't.

Dumping Fielder was one of DD's smartest moves, maybe top 3 after getting Miggy and Verlander, fixing the mistake of signing him.

KC doesn't need to spend the money and you just saw why, you can't buy Heart.

tough times???
Tigers make some moves....
red wings come back from 2-0 to the rangers and win it last night.
The Lions handed out a butt whipping to the tampa bay Bucs...Stafford razor sharp now.

new coach coming to the Wolverines......happy days will be here again

Uh oh, the Lions beat up on a two win team, break out the Champagne!

With that said I hope the Lions actually do put it together and make a nice long run in the playoffs, chit if the Royals can do it why not the Lions! :suds:

Doug when the Lions season collapses at the hands of Stafford you can always watch Heisman Winner Marcus Mariota play some real QB!!

Are you on drugs? I don't think the Seahawks need any defending, just a stupid comment.

As for Oregon. They actually have yet to lose away from home this year lol. They actually play better away from home you fool.

Last 3 bowl wins...away from home.

O, and btw they play FSU at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena much more a home game for them then FSU

You are all kinds of stupid

Coming off an American League pennant, the Kansas City Royals are now making second baseman Omar Infante available in trade – despite his solid contributions to the team’s deep postseason run a year ago.

Last December, Kansas City inked the former Detroit Tigers infielder to a four-year deal worth just over $30 million. He clearly took a step backward last season with the Royals from a dominant 2013 campaign in the Motor City where he hit 10 long balls to go along with a .345 OBP. Last year, he batted a mere .252/.295/.337 – and his defense also declined.

Damn Emilio is a FA and had a more productive year...lets make the wrong a right and sign the right guy for this team.

I still think lester goes to bos. Why would anyone want to play for the cubs?

Well, Theo prolly still has Sauwks gear.

My guess, 170Mil makes losing a little easier? :noidea: (They're trying to be the first team in history to win a WS with prospects.)

Omar had a few big hits for KC, but yeah, definitely a step back. He was always an average defender at 2B, borderline liability there. Kinsler was definitely a breath of fresh air at that position for us.
