I would love to play for the Cubs, I would want to be a part of winning a Championship for Cubs fans! IMO who would wanna play for the Red Sox?

I hate the red Sox more than any team but at least they will have somewhat of a chance next year.

Tigers get SP Shane Greene from Yanks
DBacks get SP Robbie Ray from Tigers
Tanks get SS Didi Gregorious from DBacks

Meh... may work out for Tigers. Greene was not special, but did a decent job for a depleted Yanks rotation last year.
Greene would have to turn out to be a very special pitcher IMO to help cover up the DD fuck up Robbie Ray coming to Detroit in the first place.

There is also a minor leauger going from Det. to AZ....just did not say who?

I still think lester goes to bos. Why would anyone want to play for the cubs?

I was telling my 2 friends back in august, one a chi sox fan and the other a tiger fan when we went to the game that if detroit didnt win it all in 2014 that the cubs would win a WS before detroit. The cubs have alot of great you g talent at the position players. I told them in 2-3 yrs when they get older the cubs would spend on pitching in FA and be good. Getting maddon only moved it up a yr early i think. I still say 2-3 yrs cubs will be good.

Tigers are still a world series contender. Cubs may be in 3-4 years, anything can happen but I doubt it.

I really don't think the Tigers are a rock solid WS contender anymore. They are gonna be a year older, the bullpen still sucks, they might lose Max. They will need to bring in a few pieces to be considered a serious threat IMO.

The Lions handed out a butt whipping to the tampa bay Bucs...Stafford razor sharp now.
