I like peavy too smitty, but never thought pre 2013 that him and sale were a better one two than max jv. Of course I thought that was mostly because of JV but it ended up max making them the better one two that year. Not saying that because of the tigers or royals.. It's based on baseball, do or die ie must win games are the epitome of a baseball game with the most pressure. The royals 3rd game against the angels and 4th game against Baltimore both won't have the pressure that the as game had.

If the tigers ever had a walk off game 7 or any do or die game, even if it was a 1 game tiebreaker to get into the playoffs then I think you would understand. Teams that have had that understand and the celebration has that extra elation in it.

Yet you used the tigers as an example. It was a great game, as a baseball fan I loved it. But you chose to use the word meaningful and described that win as more meaningful than any of the tigers playoff victories, but that is incorrect. In fact when the royals won to advance to the WS that game was more meaningful than when they won to advance to the ALCS. So yes, now the royals have played a game in the last ten years that was as meaningful as a few tigers games. If they win the world series that will be the most meaningful game yet. Great game yes, most meaningful, no. Anyhow good luck man to you and moose, I think most of us are pulling for the royals even if it means enduring the talk from royals fans for the next 30.

When I was here, I got sick of Vice and decided to mess with him. He was truly incorrigible when it comes to hammering a team. In fact, this whole WS or bust argument thread stirred initially when Vice was still trolling here.

Most of us tigers fans had enough of vice as well moose. He was a knowledgeable guy but he was just a hater on anything not tigers and always thought he was right. While most of us cannot admit when we were wrong he never could. I actually forgot about him. Doug is an ok person, vice and iffy are not. He was back this season btw using the screen name raburningriver.

Gophers already got 1 trophy this year!! The Ice Breaker Cup. Got about 5 more trophies to take home this year culminating with the big one in April!!

That one didn't turn out the way I planned. I might rank Sale/Quintana tops in the division next year. Kluber/Carrasco maybe. No idea who KC and Detroit tops pairing will be at this point.

Assuming max is gone and Price will be a Dodger. At the moment that's what Im assuming anyway.
