It is time to pass the torch, at least this year. Miggy will have to excel in 2015 to get it back. He sure is not worthy this year.

You seem to forget the fact this is a kid in first years as a pro competing against Miggy who took time to pass Pujols and others.

I unlike you can not predict the future of everything unseen. I would imagine IMO Trout will still be awesome in his late 20's in another 7 years when he is almost Miggy's age

I love Miggy and the Tigers, just not drowning in koolaid and all things Tigers.

9th inning..Ausmus put in the rookie call ups from Toledo..
2 got hits in there first MLB ABs...then the 3rd hit one deep center field for a 3run HR.


its all going good for the tigers now.

Luckily, Perez and Gordon can be pretty useful in stretches- good to see Perez stop being a dead pull guy like he was for a while. He doesn't have to do that stuff to hit homers if he stays within himself.
