Dyson is a nice fall back option.

I'm assuming Gordon is done for the year. Really sucks he went down. Helluva player. (Coulda been worse. Hosmer or Sal going down would really have hurt KC, imo.)

A groin, might be worse than a knee or ankle, I think he won't be at full speed the rest of the year. Think Dyson/Orlando can put up decent numbers but Rios is going to have to step it up as well.

The nice thing about a team built like this its less of a hit than a team based on 1 or 2 studs.

Losing Gordon isn't going to hurt as much as losing Perez would...Gordon wasn't even having that great of a season.

agree, the twins are the team I am concerned with, they can dip into their minors even and make a run at everything, even a shot at a WS the way that team plays together.

Kind of sad I don't even question Gordon will be better than whatever Rios is doing if and when he comes back in September/October. Speaks more to how awful Rios has been than I do faith Gordon will be A-OK on returning.
