Don't know his status. Is he a free agent? I think he would be hard to replace. All those walks. He must be good at running up a pitcher's pitch count. He'll be 32 next year. I guess they have to be careful when they consider how years to invest in him. If he wants more than 4 or 5 then you probably have to let him go.

My guess is he's gone, and yes, not easy to replace. Measured by BR's WAR, he's the 5th best player on the Indians.
I just think if they were going to extend him, they'd have done it already. They're not going to win a bidding war over him.
