TY Montgomery never plays a full game.......
Fox is a total idiot, but throwing Trubinsky into that fire would top all of his other dumb moves
When Kendall Wright is your #1 WR. you dont hang a rookie out to dry like that
Elusive little fucker, but seems like an injury waiting to happen. He's an awesome addition to that offense but if you are asking about his fantasy value then I don't know. I guess my issue would be that he won't be a goal line guy. He's more like a rich man's Theo Ratliff or Giovani Benard. There will be days where he will be a 22-25 point beast but probably more days where he'll only get you 7-9 points.
Bigger dilemma than that if they win the WC game is the prize they'll get for it. Which is Chief Wahoo's moccasin up their asses.

Shame too, cause this Yankee team is awesome, just not quite as awesome as the Indians and Astros
Yep, it's a real shame that in a rare year, when teams like the Astros and Indians are the class of the AL, that the New York Yankees can't be more awesomer.
On behalf of every Indians fan, and both Astros fans, I politely invite you to go fuck yourself.

I'll shit when the mediocre Twins bitchslap the Yankees in the WC game and then sweep the Indians out of the ALDS.

Depends who you play him over
Why? Because the Nats have been the better team over 162 games. I give some credence to momentum, but I think Washington has better starting pitching and Harper has been resting up for a month. He was probably on the DL 10 days longer than he would have been if they were in a tighter race for the division crown. Bryce still has to get his timing back and only has three games left to do it, so, that could ultimately become a factor too....from your fingers to God's ears.
Why Nats over Cubs? Not saying you're wrong, just curious. Cubs have played really well since ASB. Here are the two teams' NL ranks in the second half:
Stat - Cubs' Rank/Nationals' Rank
RS - 1st/9th
BA - 2nd/9th
OBP - 1st/13th
SLG - 1st/8th
OPS - 1st/10th
Team ERA - 3rd/1st
Stater ERA - 1st/3rd
Bullpen ERA - 11th/1st
RBs:
Bell
Thompson
Coleman
Smallwood
Bernard
The Indians offense and starting pitching isn't going away for the foreseeable future. I don't know about the relief corps. They've been on a roll for awhile. They are overdue for a bad year. Most bullpens can't keep their collective shit together that long.Enjoy it while it lasts, youre about to be as pissed as you were in the late 90's starting next season
Yeah, id give him a very small edge over Smallwood

And maybe he won't get his timing back in time to be productive in the playoffs. Carlos Correa is just now starting to hit like he was earlier in the season, and he's been back in the lineup for three weeks.Reasonable. Harper is definitely a difference maker in that lineup.

Don't know his status. Is he a free agent? I think he would be hard to replace. All those walks. He must be good at running up a pitcher's pitch count. He'll be 32 next year. I guess they have to be careful when they consider how years to invest in him. If he wants more than 4 or 5 then you probably have to let him go.Word.
I wonder what's going to happen with Carlos Santana.
