Would like to have see Panda pitch, with that bazooka of an arm he has. Woulda been a good show, hopping around with all his idiosyncrasies.

That would have been fun. I remember young Panda when he played 3rd/1st/catcher often, Kruk and Kuip would joke that one of these days he'd play CF, SS and pitch the 9th too.

Looking at the other contender's bullpen's, the doggies look in trouble.

Cards, Pirates clearly have better Pens. The Mets' pen with Familia and a rejuvenated Clippard are better than anything in the Kennel. The Cubs might be their only competition.

Alright, here's Peavy the 3rd time through. He's sitting at only 58 pitches, but that doesn't seem to be the problem.

In talking to their fans I keep hearing that their 2 studs can lead them to the promised land. Heck, the one hasn't shown he can pitch in big games yet.

I mean, Bum carried us in that run, but we needed a shut-down bullpen for that 18 inning win on the road.

Well, Boch is sending Peavy out there. He get's caught into this trap EVERY SINGLE START. Yes, Peavy is dominating, but he has been most starts through 5-6 innings.

I hope he can get through this inning, but it will only fuel Boch to keep him in there in the future.

Jake is dominating though, 15 straight retired. And the Pads aren't exactly great.

Short leash. A very short leash is in order.

Glad to see Jake dealing, though.

I just noticed the grass in the outfield, what is up with that? Looks like a stage was set up there.

Yeah, it's not like I'm, not enjoying this. Peavy is DEALING.

Looks like Boch is aware though. Strickland is warming up, with Jake at 70 pitches.

WHAT A CATCH!

But damn it Pagan, I have Kemp on my fantasy team! I need those homerz!

Also, did anyone see the dude talking on his cell. Totally unaware of what happened right above his head. I think he would have gotten bonked if Pagan didn't catch it.
