I thought that it may be a good idea to keep Jackson in a 2nd inning, having already faced the heart of the lineup. Sure, Frazier got a hit but he's hit everyone. Why bother bringing in another guy to have the same outcome?

Not when we have the Dodgers hot on our tail. Why Kapler would throw Quintana this inning, with Alvarez, McGee and Rogers, even Watson(!), still available is beyond me. This game would look a lot better down by 1 run rather than 3.Wait we're not allowed to win every game the rest of the season?
