either way, ken Anderson is much better than troy aikman... and he doesn't have that HOF label either!!!
Horseshit. Bill Walsh and Mike Holmgren both called Aikman the most accurate passer they'd ever seen. They said in a west coast system, he'd have shattered every record

Well, in my imperfect comaprison (still thinking it needs tweeked after 2 years) I have Ken Anderson at #5 and Troy Aikman at #43. That's not to say that if you switch situations it would have been the same, but it really appears you ticked UK off.

Just stating facts

Stating the fact that it is someone else's opinion, highly respected opinion granted - but opinion none-the-less.

Yes, Aikman was hurt being in the Cowboy system (on a personal accolade way), but the fact that he was willing to play a system that didn't necessarily give him all the accolades in exchange for team success is a plus in his corner IMO.

Aikman was an excellent QB he is clearly the best of the big 3! Aikman, Irvin, Emmitt. Aikman had low numbers cuz Emmitt hogged the TD's and they werent behind alot making them throw the ball alot which kept Aikman's yardage totals down!

Don't confuse unselfish with less talented. He could have bitched about his numbers, like most QB's do. The big 3 played hurt and cared about winning

Lets take Warren Moon, and this will sound like a bash, but it's really not. He had as much talent or more as Aikman and didn't win shit. The Oilers were insanely loaded. It's really hard to win one ring, let alone 3 of 4. Thats why, on a separate note, the deflate gate does nothing to take away Brady's greatness, even if he cheated

As you correctly stated, I threw out opinion as fact lol. Guilty

I wasn't, actually I think that his numbers (probably more than any other QB) don't justify his ability.

When I said much better, I really just meant for this draft since one is a HOF and one is not... But really they both had similar numbers... but we cant judge on what people have said, I am sure we can find people that have said ken Anderson was the best QB of all time...

Troy aikman does slightly have better career numbers, but Anderson's best season was much better than aikman's best season....

I would also lik to Carnell Lake earned an MVP vote playing CB, Jeffro and I have the only 2 HOF DT's, and I have Payton Rathman and the best Oline in the draft...:noidea:

Ha, get off Emmitt lol. I'm gonna say this, you take Barry, give me Emmitt. You'll get the highlights and then make excuses why I got all the rings. Emmitt "Hogged"' TD's(and 1st downs) by ramming into 8-9 man fronts with his little 5'9" self. Barry was enjoying a gatorade while the punt or FG team got ready
Winning. Every game, Emmitt was gaining positive yards. I watched tons of Lions games with Barry. He'd have one of the greatest 60 yard runs you've ever seen, a couple more where he gained 20 by running around 50......oh, and he'd have 7-8 runs of negative where he danced around and lost 4-5 instead of taking the 2-3 that was there. Those 7-8 2nd and 14 instead of 2nd and 7's killed them. But hey, he has exciting lol

those would be the ones saying it... But my point was just that things will always be said, if their numbers don't back it up then it is just talk...

no, but you cant have it both ways(not saying you)... you cant say winning a superbowl is on the team and not one player, and then throw out the statistics and say aikman is great because of all his championships...
