I am more than OK with both Nunez and Moore. The prices were right for both, and both are solid gets for this year and moving forward.

The Fresh Prince just makes no sense on any level. His cost was YUUUUUGE and his value is negative.

Agreed. WHen I first saw Bum had given up a grand slam, I thought "game over." The Giants showed some heart and some timely hitting (which could be better, especially from Belt and Posey and Pence, our RBI guys who are simply not producing. Bullpen showing some grit, too, and Noggin managing like he wants to win this one.

Read something (will try and find the link) saying that the #3 hitting slot for the Giants is 14th out of 15 teams in the NL, with only the Phillies being worse at that spot. It has been a black hole for us all season.

edit: and Belt promptly K's on 3 pitches with RISP against a guy with a 10.00 ERA.
