So let's recap Jakob Junis' third inning, shall we:

Walk
Single
Single
Double
Walk
Single
(mound visit)
Single
Fly out
(yanked)

Out...phuking...STANDING. 8 batters faced, 2 walks, 5 hits, 4 ER (2 more cashed in by shitty reliever)

This is how you lose games.

Interestingly, it wasn't how they lost today. That would be the bottom of the 6th inning.

Still trying to figure out why Yunior Marte is occupying a roster spot on the active roster. He's still got plenty of options this season, FZ.

Currently, the Giants have 3 hitters with an OPS over .800. One of them is Joc Pederson (.809). Another one is a recent addition, JD Davis (.836). And the leading hitter by OPS? He's in AAA - Jason Vosler (.882).

Been a real letdown this year. Oh well, we've watched these guys a long time, another chapter in the book.

Not sure exactly what LHG was saying ... but my take was .... that we only have 3 players with an OPS over 800 ..... and the one player with the highest OPS is our AAA affiliate. Not sure what the purpose of the churn is if you don't check the damn statistics .... why all the player movement without any kind of metrics in place ... just don'tknow what FZ is looking at ....

You actually got my message pretty clear.

I dunno. I think both innings lost the game. They were both absolute dumpster fires.
