You think other center fielders will be asking him to teach them how to Duggie?
You're alluding to a gaff on D?

Am I the only one surprised by Boch leading him off?

Now that you mentioned it, I am surprised to see Bochy put him in the lead off spot. I would have, if I thought about it, expected him to start in the 7 or 8 hole.

I wonder how much we'll see of Slater now. And is Williamson pretty much done?

Hanson popping out on ball 4 last inning is looking much bigger right about now...

And Craw limits the damage.

I like Hanson and GorKys, but there is a reason that they have bounced around. They are not starters. They are bench players, who can play for an extended period of time. At some point, though, they stop producing, either because of wear and tear, or other teams get a book on them. GorKys should get 3 games a week, in LF, CF and RF spelling the starters. We need to see Slater or Mac in LF full time, give them a chance.

I am reading a fascinating bio of Willie Mays, and either with the Minneapolis Millers or the NY Giants, he was one for his first 26, then caught fire.

If he'd played on this team, he'd have been back in Sacramento and never heard from again.

Mac isn’t something 5-37 since his demotion. Not a good sign.
