I still think that 3 trophy’s pretty much allows the FO to make whatever decisions they feel are right, but it is frustrating that they APPEAR to be playing to win the headline now rather than to win championships.

I dunno about winning the headline per se they just do not have teardown built into their DNA even though us nerds want it. This is the team we chose. A's fans have to deal with the lowest payroll in baseball every year almost, and trading away guys as they get good. We have to deal with owners that do not do tear downs, and that won a few rings recently...
