i was actually going to rip Whiteside--- your 25M dollar man playing 15 minutes. lol

its just like i said---- in todays NBA- devoting a 1/4 of your payroll to a guy that cant shoot, cant pass, and cant guard the perimeter just is a total waste of $.

imagine if you could use that 25M on someone like a Jabari Parker in RFA this offseason.....yikes.

also- Embiid never said "ya know what- if they dont play me more I might just want to leave". lol. Embiid is frustrated with an injury--- not frustrated his ass is benched because he doesnt matchup and is a liability against a lot of lineups and cant make his way on the court due to his skillset--- not his injury.

The Heat has options at every position.
I have no problem with Spoelstra using all of his weapons.
Whiteside didn’t get back in the game because of our huge lead, not because he didn’t play well.
The Heat hit a home run with Kelly O.
Bam looks like a nice pick.
Who knows what the future plans are regarding Whiteside.

Two summers ago was just that.
A choice was made, which sevaral other teams tried to make.

If you recall, Tristan actually got to play back then.

Best young team EVER!!!!!!!

You can't talk that much Shit and not expect to get it back when you lose.

Philly in 6.

But, it won't be easy.

believe it or not, this just might go all 7 imo. both teams have great coaches. Philly's got the speed and athleticism, Miami's got the experience...

turning out to be a pretty good matchup so far...

Jabari Parker lol

Is he going to be the Cavs star when James bolts this summer?

Parker?

Lmfao.....you mean on a 1 year deal?

That is way to much money for the chronically broken over multiple Seasons.

Not sure when @WiggyRuss was reinstated, but did ANYONE here miss having him around.

He ain’t trusting that process no more

Philly in 6.

But, it won't be easy.

Now that we won a game in Philly, I'll be disappointed if this doesn't go 7.

All Miami has to do is win 2 of 3 at home to force a 7th game. They should be capable of that IMO

So is Spoelstra a genius with his defensive adjustments of just a normal fluky game. IMO I would force Philly to have to shoot outside, excluding Reddick. But I would not let them penetrate. If they penetrate and kick out, thats less a worry than giving them layups. Wades game feels like a fluke. fun series

I don't think Wade is capable of sustaining that output.

But, I also don't think it was a fluke.

He's done it a few times this Season.

So, it's not a one off type situation.

Maybe more like...twice in a 7 game Series type of thing.

Josh Richardson played elite defense last night.

He was fricking everywhere.

Some of it was the shots just weren't falling from the perimeter.

Some of it was the Heat just wanted it more.

Simmer down, Saucy.....

How do you see your team responding?

What do you think about your coach going with TJ more than Fultz?

Id take a gamble on Parker--- DEFINITELY not for 25M a year on a long term deal--- but id not hesitate to give him 3 years 45- id be shocked if he gets less than that.

Marcus Smart, Zach LaVine, Avery Bradley, PAtrick McCaw (kidding, lol- LOL), CLint Capela, Trevor Ariza, DJ, J. Randle, Cousins, Aaaron Gordon, Paul George, JJ redick, Derrick Favors, Rodney Hood, etc....there are some nice unrestricted and restricted FA's out there--- that are gonna make a lot less than 25 a year.

He reverted back to form pretty quickly.

But, I do like talking draft with him.

He just can't let up on the Heat.

It's a sickness...lol
just trashside--- the 25M a year 15 minute player.

Mecca- can you really defend paying a guy 100M dollars that has played a combined 27 minutes in two playoff games because he is a bad matchup?

Since when do you give a guy 25M a year that cant stay on the court because hes a terrible fit in today's NBA? I mean cmon now. Its positively awful.

Nothing that happened last night changed that. A sweep would have just been ridiculous and we were basically one Wade strip from witnessing it. He did his best Brandon Graham impersonation and Dario gets to feel like Tom Brady in his worst moment for a day.

Dude, I think Lavine, Parker maybe Gordon could switch teams.

Now that the money is getting tighter, RFA is no longer a sure deal.

The only guy I'm 100% on staying put is Jokic.

Sign of the times...

I saw that when they polled the Cavs about DPOY candidates a few of the players actually mentioned Richardson and how well he plays defense. He got his 3pt% backup to just under 38% again this year too. Hes been very impressive.

You realize the next two games are in Miami right?

No, and he's gone after the Season....imo.

But, at the time they gave him the deal?

Yes, it was completely justifiable.

They couldn't just let him walk.

Same happened with Tristan.

At the time, no brainer.

Now?

He's stir fried Shit.
