The lesser of two evils for me lol...Love the fact that one of these teams is going to lose.

This one should be interesting though if Embiid is able to play that way his feud with Whiteside will spill into the playoffs.

Philly in six.

Best thing for Miami is there is no expectations and no pressure.

Everyone and their momma is expecting Philly to now make the ECF

Every Heat and Sixers game this year has been competitive.

But yeah. I'll be happy if the Heat can win 2 games in this.

Yeah I've got Philly in six as well. We'll see what happens. Playoffs are a different beast though.

Young mainly inexperience team with now some pressure for the first time ever.

Let's see how they handle being down 7 with 4 minutes to go on their home court vs a team they're expected to beat

Agreed. Talent-wise, Philly's better and they're hot at the right time. Experience-wise, Miami has it by a mile. It should be a good series though. This is the type of series Philly's core needs in the long run to gain experience.

I think the winner of this series ends up in the ECF. Think it'll be a good series. Looks like embiid is most likely out for game 1.

Embiid is not likely until at least the middle of this series, which might help Miami, but the Sixers, in the middle of a 16-game win streak, have won like 10 straight without him. I see Sixers in 6 here. The newfound depth they have, thanks to the contributions they are getting from Belinelli, Ilyasova and Fultz, are going to be the difference here.

The series will be dictated by how the Heat handle Simmons.
If I'm the coach, no layups/dunks.
Every shot is contested with a hard foul and I make him earn it at the line.
We should know the tone of the series right out of the gate.

If Simmons has his way and the Sixers continue their good mojo, Embiid doesn't have to rush back.
If the Heat just batter Simmons and take the first game, they almost have to rush Embiid back and then the game shifts to how they handle Embiid, who arguably could be rusty.

Heat need to wrap this up quickly before Philly can collect themselves and figure it out.
The longer the series go, I think the advantage goes to Philly and home court in Game 7.
We will have twitter wars, ejections, awful referee decisions (duh!), and when the dust settles, Sixers in 7.

Should be a tight series.

I honestly have no idea who will win the series. The Sixers are playing really well right now but they are very inexperienced.

Basically, the LeBron treatment. Dude gets fouled so hard and so often during the playoffs.
