Wrong, the 2-point conversion would have made the score 17-3....the Pats only had 3 points at that time. Makes since to go up 14 when you are playing Brady. It was the right call and should not be questioned, especially when you don't know what the score is

You don’t chase points that early in the game. Later in the game, yes... but not that early and it almost came back to bite them.

But it didn't come back to bite them. Patriots missed x points and field goals. You're wrong.

15-3 was the score, not 15-6. big difference.

Or you do the same thing you did all season and go for it.

It was 15-3 true... but you don’t chase points early. When they score there final TD they would have been up 7 not 5 if they went for that 1 early. You don’t chase points early. Late, yes, but not in the first half. Outside of that one call Pedersen was phenomenal

Wrong, you do chase points in that situation. If you are willing to go for it on 4th down in the first half of the Super Bowl, you're willing to go for two points. Pedersen is the HC and he's smarter than you.

Nope, you don’t pass up guaranteed points early. It almost always comes back to bite you and would have bit Philly if they didn’t get the strip sack. If the Pats come down and score Pedersen gets major criticism.

lol, you're playing the what if game in late 4th quarter? hahahahaha, it was the 1st quarter and they weren't chasing points, they were extending their lead to two TD's. THere's a reason Pedersen is the coach and you're the bandwagon fan. Big difference. This discussion is over.

5 calls Patriots fans can use to blame the refs for their Super Bowl loss

1. Brandin Cooks’ concussion

2. Nick Foles’ touchdown catch

3. Corey Clement’s touchdown catch

4. Zach Ertz’s touchdown catch

5. The Hail Mary

How bout the fact that Nick Foles is the backup and the Patriots are lucky that Wentz wasn't the QB...

Oh, Pedersen should have won coach of the year. Better record them McVay, beat McVay, overcame a ton of injuries, won the SB.

The Cooks hit was a clear head shot, but he doesn't play D-Line or LB and Brady still torched that shitty Eagles D for 500 yards so it wasn't much of a factor in the game.

the Brandon Cooks hit was a cheap shot to the head. Don't understand why he wasn't tossed for that.

Clement wasn't in bounds.

Ertz bobbled the ball

The defensive player did not return as far as I remember he also had a head injury.

I wont make excuses cause they are for losers. Eagles won. Pats lost. Do I wish it was the other way around and do I think that Hogan getting destroyed on that hail mary play was worth a flag sure. IMO it should not have gotten there. The Pats did not play well enough to win. None of the above should have mattered if the Pats played good. They did not and the Eagles did. The better team won.

I believe the Clement catch was only ruled a TD because there wasn't enough evidence to overturn it and the original call was a TD. If it was called incomplete and Philly challenged I think it would've stayed incomplete.

I agree with you that it was a cheap shot, but, since Cook was a runner at the time, it was not a rule violation.

I also agree that, based on the current rules, Clement's TD should not have stood, but the rule is wrong and that was a catch damnit (I also believe that Dez Bryant caught the ball).

Ertz's TD was completely legit. Disagree with you on that one.

He's just trolling.
And poorly, at that....

I disagree.
Being aggressive is what got you to this point.
Don't play to lose.
Part of the Pats success is that other teams just kind of shrivel up and hope that Brady doesn't beat them.
They've won 5 of them, so I applaud Dougie for his petal to the metal attitude.
