Gift Strike.
Jansen blows it by Posey. Bochy is running him into the ground.
Buster just isn't seeing the ball well
Yep. So far management's plan of bringing him along slowly are a politician's promise
That's a lie! Syntactic Ambiguity!
Just caught up on the DVR. Three observations:
1. Timmy shitting the bed in the fourth -- not sure if that's an improvement from shitting it in the first, but maybe.
2. Nate over running second is fucking unforgiveable.
3. The game turned on that and the Posey AB. He looks like he needs a couple days off.
Tony fucking Gwynn fucking Jr. I'm surprised his last name isn't Hairston.
lol
Sabeanisms
We will not yo-yo Brandon Belt

one part of Timmy's game I miss the most was how he would be even more dominant once the offense got him a lead.
The part I miss is when I used to look forward to a timmy start. Happy Timmy Day, my ass.
I think Timmy's close to putting it together. He's figured out the first inning issue, his velocity is back up to 93-94. Now, he just has to make the two strike adjustment to put guys away.
Back away from the cliff, lads.
94? Uh, no. He hit 93 maybe twice. Sat at 90-91 most fastballs. And he only seems to want to throw them, and changeups.
It's not jumping off a cliff to recognize the changes he is going through. 2008-9 Timmy is gone forever. 2012 Timmy might turn into a good 2nd starter. In fact that's the way I'd bet, that he will get better and be a solid starter. But he's not an ace anymore and that's just plain simple as that.
According to Kuip, he hit 94 a couple of times. Regardless, he's throwing in the 90s again. I think he's a lot closer to the 2010 Timmy than the 2011 Timmy.
I'm unwilling to concede that he's not an ace anymore.
