Blackburn has also been viewed as a prospect pretty much from day 1. And this season, he has gotten better as the season progressed, with his last 2-3 weeks being the best of his season.

This too. And he didn't get the label by being a high draft pick. This kid was drafted in the 16th round. He's earned it.

Sounds like a hard "T" to me. No biggie in reality, but I am sure the Giants would prefer that language not be used. The rest of TV has pretty much fully accepted that word, though.

Yeah their sponsor's would probably not like it. Most networks (sponsors) let most things slide these days. Hell, some shows are allowed one use of "fuck" a season. Breaking Bad was one.

I always wondered what an "adult-only" broadcast would be like. Like on HBO, just let the announcers say whatever comes to mind. It would probably turn into a GDT-like broadcast. Homer announcers just saying, "this guy Adrianza really fucking blows. They need to move on from him"

They announcers would still be employed by the team, so they wouldn't go there, but there could be colorful descriptions of the plays on the field...

"This umpire has a fucked-up zone tonight. He has had shitty call after shitty call."
