Hamstrings suck. That’s what Trea Turner has right now. They’re so fickle. Seems like everything is good for a few weeks and then a dude just blows a tire. So important to get it enough rest early so it doesn’t flare up later in the season.

Hamstrings suck. That’s what Trea Turner has right now. They’re so fickle. Seems like everything is good for a few weeks and then a dude just blows a tire. So important to get it enough rest early so it doesn’t flare up later in the season.

I partially tore a hamstring when I was in college, took me almost a year to fully recover. Was playing Ultimate Frisbee on an Astroturf field, jumped to catch a throw, came down on my heal, felt something pop. Painful.
